2) if you dont have the admin rights to run something right click on it and 'run as administrator'
3) if that doesnt work check out bearsy's link

I think NOD32 might be offering free trials. its the antivirus i use and it seems to be a hoss at getting rid of everything.

i know i have this worm because i keep getting win 7 anti virus 2011 alert!!! and it's trying to scan my computer and shit and it keeps popping up and up and i googled the 'symptoms' and it came up with the conficker worm it even has it's own wiki page.

alright, just making sure it wasnt another virus giving you false alerts. a lot of times they'll do that trying to get you to buy some gay anti-virus stuff from them.

if all else fails you could re-install windows. there tools out there to figure out your activation key then you could torrent the disc image and burn it yourself.
