Seriously, if I wanted to I could just throw the next gay guy I come across right up against a wall and give him an anal assault and he wouldn't complain one bit.

Ended up having my family over for an impromptu dinner so I didn't get to watch, about to start now.

Thoughts?

Even though I know it's a remake of some Australian show, I've never heard of it until I started seeing these previews. And based on the previews, it doesn't look particularly funny or interesting. I predict it'll last 1-2 seasons most.

But I am really looking foward to a new season of Sunny. I fucking love that show.

Give it a shot man. It's very dry but it's very funny.

I still need time to get to know the show, for lack of better phrasing, but I think it's going to do well.

I had the same problem. I watched Louie, it was alright; the stand up was good but the show its self was well a huge fart joke wtf?

i like the australian version better. they tried to hollywood it up and the grittiness and rough edges that made the original so unique are gone. i really liked how its not just a re-hash, they re-worked the plot which needed to be reworked and they kinda re-did all the jokes in a new kind of angle.

still a good show and its before louie so i'll be watching it.

7.8/10

never watched the original but the premier was pretty funny. I'm hoping it'll stay that way but something about that fat guy from my name is earl has always bugged me.
