I have been looking into this and was wondering if anyone here has heard of or has any experience with I-dosing/binaural beats.

If so what did they think of the experience. Is it all BS?

no no no. Im not selling anything. I learnt about it from watching 1000 ways to die last night on SpikeTV.

I listened to one last night called LucidDream that was supposed to help someone some what control and then remember their dreams better. Im not sure if I had any control during my dream last night, but I certainly remember it well and after being awake for over 2 hours it hasn't slipped from my mind like they usually do.
This alone isn't saying anything, since there are times I do remember my dreams though this is the first time recently.

I just thought this may be a good site to bring it up and see if anyone has had experience with them.


I noticed this last night while on the Idose site too and was going to bring it up in a different post.
What is legal bud? THC-less bud?? I didn't even know there was legal bud.

Those buds on that International Oddities site look be-a-fuckin-utiful. How do they get away with it? Whats the story with 'legal' bud?

i downloaded a bunch of the sounds a few years back. lucid dream was the 1st one i tried, and it basically just made me fall asleep really fast, probably just from the white noise.

they do have an affect on me, but nothing too profound. id say kind of a relaxing feeling. like how the sound of the ocean soothes you if you are laying on the beach. alot of them kinda just made me feel a bit dreamy when it was over. like id stand up and kind sit there looking at my room, no visuals or anything, but just a bit different in the head i guess.

i got over them because they take so long, some of them are 45 minutes and i dont really feel like spending that long if its not going to do something some what profound.

legal bud is weird, its alot of random herbs. some of them are sprayed or somehow treated with synthetic cannabinoids like JWH-118 or w/e its called. i think the main draw for people who buy the fake stuff is that you can test clean on a drug test... ill stick to normal bud.

The first one I listened to was Condition, its supposed to put your brain in a receptive mode for the others. I have to say that after I took the headphones off my mind felt full. Im not sure if thats the right term but it felt capable, even if thats the right term lol. Its hard to explain but there was certainly something there.

I don't get them from the PC, I get them from their Android mobile app and all the ones I've tried are only 15 minutes, which is optimal for me. But I like the idea of them, and Im pretty certain that I-Doseing aka Binaural Beats are like alot of things, if you believe in them they work, and if you don't they don't.

Some say its a sign of weakness when your mind is so open to reception, and some ways it is; but faith is a powerful thing, very powerful indeed.

Keep the experiences and posts coming, I've been drinking and am open to much discussion tonight call it the faith in the booze lmao

i believe in the concept of binaural beats affecting brain waves which would effect conciousness and perception.

i dont, however, think that they can actually emulate drugs like LSD with the sounds. they can perhaps give a tiny feeling of being altered and that coupled with the suggestion that listening to the track will make one feel as though they are on LSD, might just have enough of an effect to convince some people or make them think thats what the actual drug is like.

ive tried both, the audio doesnt come any where near the profound effects from actualy ingesting a chemical.

as a music enthusiast i do find the whole idea quite interesting though

I disagree, respectfully, in theory. Only because a part of the brain is a part of the brain and I believe that regardless of the stimulus, if a certain part of the brain is stimulated it matters not whether it is a physical stimulation, a chemical stimulation or an aural stimulation. its all chemical, and stimulation is stimulation and I don't believe the brain discriminates; It is merely in need of stimulation.

I will readily admit that i could be completely off base on this though.
