is it easy to keep it up once youve set it up?

i think it would be sweet to have a hooka minecraft multiplayer server. but only if it was like up all the time, im sure a few people would be in it quite often.

i can only imagine the shit u crazy stoners would build .

so... someone whos good with computers what do u say? can u set up a server for free? and is it easy? and can someone either do it or tell me how to easily in a step by step fashion. thanks
