Just started watching the new season last night.

Holy shit, its better than ever.

Did NOT expect that. It feels like the 90s again.

Thank god for Mike Judge. I get a heavy idiocracy vibe from the new series, btw. I love when they do the Jersey shore/teen mom stuff.

ya i think its better than the original. i dont think i got much of the humor when i was younger, so that might be why i feel this way

Yeah, it's like they never stopped airing it, it's awesome. Only downside to the new series is the music is godawful, whilst it's nice to see them ripping the piss out of LMFAO - I miss seeing the metal heavyweights on there. Tearing into teen mom/jersey shore is priceless though.

its not really a "reboot"...its just new episodes....

if you notice they use old footage for the music video cutaways and when they do show any new footage during a music video its really noticeable...its good though, better than i remember it being because i had all the eps in 07 and i just remembered it being better, but this new stuff is real good..

I love the new episodes, beavis is still as world smart as ever, and his clarity rings true at least a couple times an episode...They got cornholieo out of the way early and did it highliously, with the cult angle...and I am loving the reality show cut outs in addition to the music videos...They even got the old neighbor with the hank hill voice back...Also I read that they might bring daria back for a couple one off stories, she will not be a re-curing character due to her "moving" out of town, but i could see some good stuff coming out of a return...

I approve of this resurrection.

I love the animation's inconsistency as well. Not just the lack of finesse of the characters themselves, but things like having a person close a door and have it look perfect in one scene, like a 24fps door closing animation with perfect edges, and then a door closing animation in another scene having like 3 imperfect frames to it. Wonderful!

I was actually shocked when I saw the teen mom segment. I had no idea that shit existed. It was like.. HERE LOOK AT THESE SAD FUCKS RIGHT HERE! Close up on the fucking 16-year old father-to-be in way over his head trying to act like it's real life when there's a camera in his god damn face.

Who the fuck watches that shit.
