I haven't had any problems with Windows 7 since the paradoxical happenstance of a slim probability of an error occurring at some point in the future, so unfortunately I have no advice for you here, nor can I share in your pain. However, Bill Gates > Steve Jobs.

Even though I know you're essentially a programmer, I use Adobe CS5/MS Office/Google Chrome quite heavily. This shit is a pain for third party apps, regardless if Apple or MS.

Despite what Being and Welfleation say about Boot Camp, guess what... I don't have the need to dual boot like Apple does.

speaking of windows updates have you seen any screenshots of windows 8? was gonna pirate a developers copy just to play around with it but after seeing/hearing about the whole metro ui...i think i'll stick with 7 until 9 or w/e comes out

Stupidest thing I've read in a while. So which tier of MS pricing do you prefer? The Professional at almost 400, Home at 175 or basic? It really doesn't matter because they all suck. Yet you just keep going?
