Fallout 4

Is it finally happening? After all the hoaxes Bethesda finally posted an actual countdown on their website! It ends at 10AM tomorrow. Hopefully it's not just another lame t-shirt sale. I've been hurt before but I'm always up for a good hype train!

The graphics aren't the greatest, but they're solid. If we are able to use the vehicles that would be a big step for the Bethesda open world, which has never had them before.

I hope it doesn't come out until summer of 2016 though...

Well they've actually made closer to 7 if you include fallout tactics and fallout brotherhood of steel but everything up until 3 was an overhead scrolled instead of a fps style. They've made 3 in this style now, fallout 3 and fallout New Vegas. Honestly it's my favorite series ever and now it's gonna be in my hometown

I didn't even know you liked videogames shadow.

Sir probably no cars since in the fallout world they started making nuclear powered vehicles after the oil ran out. It could be kinda cool to have a car or motorcycle to ferry you between waypoints like in borderlands or your horse in Skyrim but honestly I think fast travel serves most of that purpose. Why do you want to wait? So as not to impact your studies?

When I said 'the vehicles' I was referring to the vehicles that you literally see moving around in the trailer (the dropship and the larger airship). But in response to speculation about automobiles, bear in mind that Fallout Tactics featured a drivable hummer (I think it was a hummer anyway..)

I want it to take a while because I still haven't beat Dragon Age Inquisition, and Witcher 3 came out, and soon MGS5 is gonna come out, and I just don't have time to play them very often, so it's gonna take me that long til I even have the time.

I just saw the trailer today and it looks cool. I started playing fallout one on my computer moving on to part two. When Fallout 3 and new Vegas came out it was kinda weird but it's cool. Truth is I really never have the time anymore anyway.

Wouldn't you rather have it ready and lots of DLC too when you're ready for it? I wonder if the institute will be good or bad? Those shots of the statehouse, constitution and Fenway gimme the chills. I've wanted this for so long.

Yeah you're right about that for sure. From my perspective it would be better to let all the DLC be released for it, let the price go down, bug fixes, etc. Truly I just want the game to be awesome when it is released, and when exactly that happens is not too important.

Wouldn't it be great if this one has multiplayer features? Obviously should not be the development focus, but at the very least having an option where a small group of people can just go exploring in the wasteland would be very nice indeed.

Yeah I'd love some couch co-op options. There's so few games that have that these days but borderlands sure does it right.

A split screen feature? That would sure be a surprise..

I will pre-order this if they call it Fallout 4: This time we made an ending

what you didn't like having a super mutant tell you it was your destiny to die in that reactor even though he could do it no problem?

New Vegas ended pretty strong I think with the battle at the dam.
