Just got back from Rusted Root...they were sick, as expected. There was a group that opened for them called "Codename" MySpace.com - Codename - PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania - Progressive / Experimental / Rock - www.myspace.com/codenamejam and they were quality

Bob Weir and Ratdog at the Orpheum 11/08/08. I'm pretty psyched cause I haven't seen Bobby since SPAC and he was just opening for the Allmans there. Plus I slept through like 3/4 of his set at up north festival because of too much DMT the night before and too much weed cookies the day of. I didn't really mind though.
Damn lloydy, there's a lot of raves near you eh? I wish we had some around here.

Opeth, High on Fire, and Baroness on Friday in Houston. Got a hotel room about a half mile from the venue so I'm gonna have a good time.

MOther fucking Metallica last night. Blew my mind. First time they played around here, their hometown in 6 years. I have been dying to see them for so long. sick laser show and pyrotechnics during their set.
Traded my seat ticket for floor during the intermission between lamb of god and metallica. Moshing to them was insane. Didn't play battery that pissed me off. I wanted to mosh my head off during that song. Oh and the crowd was gay as fuck I didn't see any good pits happen during the whole entire lamb of god set. HOW THE FUCK DO YOU NOT MOSH TO THAT?!!!

I saw lamb of god last night. I saw them previously in december and in my post I bitched about how the pits sucked. THIS TIME I WAS IN THE PITS IT WAS FUCKING SICK!!!! Crowd was really into it. Suicidal tendencies was there fuck them.
Saw children of Bodom as well. As usual fucking awesome. Municipal Waste sweet! and God Forbid best metal with a black singer I have ever seen!
