I think I might have found it in this thread, but I can't reccomend snowgoons' black snow enough.
closest thing to gangsta rap I can tolerate, and its a great balance.

werd. snowgoons is sick. when i think of bangin' foreign hip-hop production, the last country i would think of is germany, but yup, bangin german production. plus they always have top notch artists on their albums.

Haven't got a chance to listen yet. Halfway through now. So far it's a lot better than I had thought given the shitty singles and last two albums. Hopefully Relapse 2 continues the trend and is better than this one.
