hahah, ya. j'roc 'getting changed' is a classic moment in tv history. especially when him and t start justifying it by talking about how was getting into character so he could do some 'method-rap' [method acting..] hahaha

on that ne wale tape: almost more of a 9th tape, haha. to me, it seemed 9th and the Justus League almost took over-- which for me, is a good thing. i've always liked wale for his catchiness, sense of humour, etc. but 9th is up in my top 3 producers with pb wolf, dilla..

did anyone else notice that working with 9th kind of helped wale kick some of the laziness out of his flow? i really noticed it on that track with ken starr and the one right after it [tracks 10 and 11]..

use a better ripping program..such as cdex or one of the other of millions that don't rip in such a shitty format... .wma is worthless...

.wma's aren't worthless.. you can make cds, cassettes, sample it with the click of a mouse, etc. but if all you do is listen to mp3s on a device that is shitty and doesn't read file types other than mp3s, then yes, wmas are worthless.

through one program...windows media player... .mp3 isn't tied down to publishers... and .flac is the format i use most anyways...

... windows media player sucks. seriously, I think most people use iTunes what with the prevalence of iPods these days... I really don't see why you wouldn't just encode to mp3... I can't really do anything with your wma's and I have no real desire to re-encode them.

his remake is on the Pharcyde's 'best of..' record, Cydeways. By far the best version of the track. His version is one of my favourite listens of all time.

all of labcabin is dope though.. didn't i post all the pharcyde records way back?
