Elliott Smith has been dead for five years today...
and it sucks. Quick five years too. Anyway, dude is probably my favorite musician and certainly made my favorite album of all time (Either/Or).
When I get home from work I'll upload his albums for those that don't have them or care to listen.

He was so sad. Between the bars was genius and his work overall was great. I always enjoy Everything Means Nothing to Me the "Either Or" album and anything I can play of his on the guitar.

It is a shame he's gone, but man can he make incredibly beautiful music...
his influence is strong in so many artists that i listen to now...

i only really care for roman candle and the self titled one, but those are two of my favorite records ever. its hard to believe its been five years, what a shame
