word, I voted Hunter because A. I love the lyrics more than anything (besides Jerry's voice and guitar) and B. He's a funny bastard, and any time I listen to one of his shows I gain some insight.

Veda where'd you meet him? Can I travel back in time and come with you?

Wish he was still touring.

i met hunter at a david gans show in san francisco
holy crap that was 10 yrs ago

i didnt talk to him for long, but he was very nice. i asked him a lame unoriginal question like where did he got all his words from? and he talked about "invoking the muse" and "letting it happen".
someone called him "the greatest american poet" and he laughed and said "i dont know about that, more like the trippinest american wierdo" or something like that
