I really don't think it's orchestrated. There's like 5 people who have videos of this guy dancing alone and scaring people away with his flamoyantness haha.
It's just cool cuz someone was doing what they wanted to do. And slowly everyone just hopped in cuz thats what they wanted to do anyways. The only thing stopping em was what they thought other people would think. I need to go to a good festival. Dear winter, don't come this year.
