No offense but I don't see why this is inspiring.
For me, hip hop is more about a voice. It's a vessel for a vision particular to one person, in one set of elements. Without the tones that people take, the verbal swagger... it's just fuckin lyrics.

I found it to be an extremely creative way of paying homage to some of your favorite hip hop quotes and artists. Each has it's own flavor and I love the different styles they apply to each snippet. I disagree about it being 'just fuckin' lyrics.' The idea behind hip hop is the poetry, not just the beats or the voice. The message is the true underlying current of real hip hop and that's what this site focuses on.

I don't think you can state what is and what isn't the "idea behind" something so big.
I also think you're misunderstanding. I'm not saying that lyrics are unimportant, and nowhere was I talking about a beat. Words hold much more meaning when you hear the way someone speaks them. A sentence can tell a thousand untold stories just by the fluctuations in someones voice.
