Fans of J-Dilla....
Been into 'chillwave' lately...defintely a nod in J-Dilla's direction but naturally not of the same calibur of work. Still, fantastic stuff imo:

i have to admit, i was disappointed when i first clicked the thread, thinking it had something to actually do with dilla.
but then i clicked the first youtube vid, then the second, ect.... really, really nice. gonna go look for albums by washed out now. 5 stars.

I knew there was a reason I wanted to pay attention to Washed Out.
I was also caught off guard by the similarities to dillas sound. Good shit. |
