I don't like his new voice, at all. His lyrics are stale and lame, and most of those words didn't even rhyme as far as I can recall. The only thing he has going for him is that he is still among the best at riding a beat and his flow although annoying is still on point.

Also nice edit above. It's not called being a troll, it's called being honest. You asked if anyone still doubts him and then posted a substandard track and I told you that makes me doubt him and his current album he's about to release even more.

Um. I dunno if you heard his new album or not but most of it's pretty uh.. well he's the break down of the tracks, filtered to include only the uh.. un-real ones

Track 1 - a skit dont count
Track 2 - killing lots of people in a drug haze
Track 4 - incestual rape with a stepfather/general sexually perverted insanity
Track 5 - about mariah carey and her fucked upedness/relationships, fucking two lesbians in a vegative state, fucking conjoined twins
Track 7 - a skit dont count
Track 8 - about various homicidal relationships with semi-ambiguous female celebrities
Track 9 - basically eminem perving on and making fun of of various female celebs and fantasising that they're all attracted to him
Track 11 - a skit dont count
Track 12 - about hunting/raping/abusing/dismembering women and wanting to eat them
Track 13 - this one's not really about anything real, but it's nostalgic all nostalgic so this one's ambiguous as far as maturity goes
Track 15 - a skit dont count
Track 19 - a skit dont count
Track 20 - about relentless drug abuse and more lesbian rape, murder, homicidal gloating, glorifying of violence etc

That's 7 out of 20 tracks being more, I guess mature. Even then iot's a bit of a stretch save for the couple tracks like beautiful.


So yeah maybe he aint singing so much about dick and fart jokes and faggots and so on, but I don't really get what's so real about rapping about a bunch of rape/murder/celebrity fantasies.



Not that I don't like the album. I think it kicks ass.

...All I think about when I hear eminem's name mentioned is his scene in Funny People where he "ironicly" gives Adam Sandler's character the advice we wish that he would have taken years ago...As a listener of his music, i don't see the point...He did his best, 3 times(over 3 stellar albums), now he is just trying to achieve the same result with the same methods, and does anyone want to hear this shtick for another 5-10 years..? Cause I don't for another 5-10 songs...

That vid was solid and if Em's production stuff actually stacked up to that caliber, he might not be the laughing stock he usually is nowadays. He obviously has it in him, not sure where it's been since Marshall Mathers LP.

And honestly, I think he's too serious now. He was much more approachable and original when he was angry but at least somewhat funny about it. Now he's just into that shock-core horror rap like "3am". He might as well tour with ICP at the "Dark Carnival", which is ironic as hell.
