well it doesn't matter who it is. the broader point that i'm trying to make is that it's a kind of brilliant mental trap that they can put a guy in.
i mean you here rhianna say "come on rude boy, can you get it up?"; you hear that 500x and it gets ingrained into your psyche that 1. Rude boys get laid, if 2. They can get it up. So now for a few minutes i've been brainwashed to believe that i have to adhere to rhiannas standards in order to be a man in this modern day society. brainwashing is a good word. sexual, musical brainwashing. |

1. Norah Jones 2. Beth Gibbons 3. Whitney Houston 4. the rest (Alicia Keys gets and honorable mention) Check out Minnie Ripperton on Adventures in Paradise for some ear tanatalizing vocals. The female voice is my favorite instrument (next to the piano and violin) so, I could go on for days. I really enjoy the female vocal from La Roux's In for the Kill. but, listen to Skream's remix if you're going to.
