After a very quick first listen, not particularly impressed. This might be a grower for me if anything...

i love lotus flower, dont really dig the video too much. listening to the song in headphones > watching the video

amazing album though, love how give up the ghost has evolved since its live version was put on youtube awhile ago

the first two songs are the low point, but once the album kicks into gear its more grade-a radiohead shit.

Lotus Flower was my fav track of his unreleased stuff he had been playing at shows, but the studio version seems to be a step backwards.

love

i actually love the video.

to me that video is exactly what radiohead is all about. pure music. musical freedom from standards, freedom to be a truly creative musician. just make music and let it all hang out for the world to see.

the new cd is totally tits as well.

I had never heard any of these tracks before listening to the album. Alot different than my experience for In Rainbows, where I had been listening to live recordings of pretty much every song on both of those CDs about a year before the actual album was released.

When Thom's vocals come in on track 1 - the first time I listened to it baked on a nice sound system - it sent shivers down my spine.

I fucking love this band and this album.

anyone else think it sounds like a thom yorke solo album set to radiohead instrumentation?

not that that is a negative, thom is obviously the most talented songwriter in the group, but it just really sounds like the eraser to me. which was also an amazing album.

even the video looks like a thom yorke vid. wheres johhny/colin/etc??
