Cole World: 9/27/11, Whos Ready?
One of my top 3 anticipated releases this year. Praying to god the record execs don't force to much bullshit on the album. There was already an interview of Cole saying he was being pressured quite a bit to add more radio friendly/mainstreamish type shit... disappointing but I think Cole will come through with a classic for us.
Some recently released Cole for you guys you probably haven't heard #coleworld

Yeah I've been pumped for this for a while now. Dude is still dropping all kinds of good shit in the meantime. I don't think there will be too much mainstream shit stuck on there. He's got one or two but even then they are still good. A lot of the songs on it are already out and I don't have a problem with them. Either way I think he's good/smart enough to be able to make mainstream shit and have it still be good/clever.

Beat is garbage, not feeling it at all. Sad thing is at points the beat is good, but as soon as the verses kick in it's back to the garbage. No problem with the lyrics or even really Jay's mediocre guest spot (lol surprise), but can't imagine not skipping this one once the album is out. I understand it's the only beat like this on the album though so I can deal. |

yeap I really dont like that song. I feel like kanye could replace cole and it would be on the Watch the Throne album.
