My outdoor attempts in NC (90+ degrees is common) have been lame due to heavy heat trauma. Should I be sticking to Sativas, only? Would something like Neville's Haze be good? Also, what's a good hot-weather plant for sleepiness or muscle relaxation?

Can anyone tell me about my weather situation? Do I just need to avoid indicas to grow outdoors in the SE USA? I want to eventually do it outside, only, but so far am only good with hydro.

i dont think you need to avoid indica's
you might just need to do more work on your soil
and use a surface mulch to keep the temps a little lower below ground
i'd be getting an afghan cross
or for a sativa dom go for sweet white malawi by afropips
