The second picture you can see both male and female organs. I see male sacks on the branch to the right and female organs dead center. You either have a he/she or a shemale. Take your pick. Ordinarily I would say scrap the plant and move on because it's so early, but I came up with a better solution. Cut the branches with sacks. The 1st pic.

If the sacks are on main stem you're kind of out of luck and should try different seed.
