My first grow
Alright so i have a decent size box i am growing in, before what i had was 3 small babies under a 10 watt cfl, glossy white painted walls and soil from the river by my house. i trashed those plants, germinated new ones, and now i have one 20 watt cfl above 3 seeds in some scotts potting soil. i will be putting a fresh coat of high gloss white and i will have 2, 100 watt cfls for my babies tomorow. any input/advice would be appreciated!

Matt paint is better than gloss, gloss can focus the light.
Best not point the fan straight at the seedlings unless it is very gentle. Another 20w probably wouldn`t do any harm. Make sure the cups have plenty of holes in the bottom. Is there any air vented outside the cupboard? Don`t know Scotts potting soil. Does the packaging say what it has in it?

Plant 3 is turning yellow and not growing, im trashing it. But plant 4 is getting big and accepting the scotts soil, which was a bad idea to put these in at a young age because it feeds for 4 months but 4 looks like its gonna pull through so hopefully i dont have to transplant.

Plants looking good, time to pot up after another watering or two. Probably wouldn't do any harm to get some vermiculite or perlite to thin the soil when you do pot up. How long are you going between waterings? A few cheap purchases from a hydro store might pay dividends around now, specially in terms of soil.

Theres a store down the street from my house called liquid sun, its a hydroponic store so ill check it out for supplies. Also thanks for the reply, i water it about every day or every other day and keep the lights on 24 hours a day since i have no timer. Would it harm my plant if i kept it outside during the day and in my grow box at night?

I think it's fine to keep the plants outside during the day, be aware that people may see you moving the plants around, also there are bugs and pests that live outside.

How it pains me to see such plants suffer needlessly.
The plants are without question suffering from a lack of sufficient hydration. You need to keep that soil moist and the plants will prosper - they will quickly become healthy and luscious if you just water them more often - maybe transplanting to bigger pots too. Never direct a strong fan directly at young seedlings. If you havn't already - even the 'yellow' seedling can become a very nice rich green and vigorous plant if you just give it more water more often. That simple. Who'da thunk? Any one? Pfft.
