They arrested me and took all my plants but left my equipment

Yep they arrested me for cultivation two days ago... I was less than two weeks away from harvest on my beuatiful ladys that are now sitting in evidence bags in my local sheriff dept
but they can't stop sirsmokalot I'll tell you that right now! I bailed out on the 23 and I spent the 24 and 25 cleaning up the mess they left and I cleaned out my shed in my backyard so I'm about to have a 4'x8' room I've already gone down to my cannabis club and picked up 6 of bog seeds tha purps
the police were nice to me but they found hard drugs and guns in my bros room so he might be lookng at some time
I'll put up pictures in a couple days if they don't remand me for probation violation tomorrow
I just also wanted to ask the yahooka community to pray for me and my brother as well be fighting for our right to grow and smoke our medicine

I am a medicinal grower indeed but I was wayyy over my "county guidelines" so they took me in... They confiscated over 89 plants and only 6 were mature like 50 of them were stems in a rooting cube that they still consider a plant

not to change the subject, but there's a thread about how legalization is moving forward in a&p and in said thread it was discussing about how there have been great strides towards legalization, except obama won't really do anything. ppl then replied that it should be a state issue. this thread is exactly why that wont work. without the president and his cabinets backing and changing of federal laws, this will continue to happen.

but I am back up and running... With an even bigger grow room because of all of this
the bitch ass da offered me 30 days of in custody time which I took because I can't risk going to jail with my phsycological conditions
my brother was looking at 38 yrs total but the da offered him 4 months county jail and five years felony probation
he took it
I'll post pics of my new grow in a new post soon... My advice to any medical growers is know your county guidlines because they do

I keep extra copies of everything though and just bought a new iPhone

I don't know. It doesn't sound like they were dicks though so who knows. Trust your instincts, usually works good as long as you're paying attention.

I wish our government would move forward but there is so much bereaucratic entanglement invloved it's a political nightmare. What the weed movement needs is some huge corporations who see it as a politically correct and (if vaporized correctly) relatively healthy "money machine." Perhaps the tobacco companies could do it instead of killing people. They could stop being both evil and liable and they have the money neede to make congress finally say F#k law enforcement & criminal punishment influences and/or F%k the AMA and pharm lobbyists. Because face it, until there are interests with huge pockets involved, everyone in government is profitting way too greatly from "pot criminals" and the like.

"Pot criminals" how ridiculous does that sound?! How can our lawmakers sleep at night putting potheads into cells with murderers and butt-rapists?! What an immoral bunch they are, those that have the means to fuel the campaigns and education involved in making it to lawmaker status. It's a damn shame that most decent people with "means" avoid that whole arena.

I guess it's just the company our corrupt leaders keep. It also doesn't hurt that if you go on any AOL message board you can see the masses consist of duped morans who believe anything they hear on the non-news. Guess who had some nice Nebula before he got to the keyboard? I'm done know though, time for Mariokart I get too tense to play well if my buzz wears off

You were growing way over your limits...you even admit so. I'm not sure why you're so suprised or pissed off. Don't grow over your allowed limits next time.

Yeah it sucks, but like you just mentioned...they'll leave you the hell alone as long as you comply with guidelines.

I got thirty days in custody time plus they gave me 3 years added to my additional year of court probation so four years of not showing up in that court
and the da burned all "medicine" seized.. Supposedly in a pit but I duno.. Probly supporting their habbit

lovely California laws... And yes to them a stem in a cube is a plant... Doesn't matter to them as they pull the plants and leave the pile for u to clean...
I did get carried away and I found out that I love cloning and am good at it... At least I supplied a few friends with free clones while it lasted...

Sounds like you and your brother were showed considerable leniency considering what you were looking at. My 2 cents is to stay with a small number of plants (large plants) because basically you have been warned... plus you'll be on probation and they can search and harass you any time they want.

Thats not bad man. In another country you could be facing 20 years (easy). A "reasonable" sentence in canna-friendly countries would be at least 2 yrs.

At least they didnt confescate your gear cause that would suck to buy all the pricy equipment again.

If your bro is probation, maybe its wise to move the room to a stealthy location. Keep in mind that they will have their eyes on you. Wait at least a year till you start with large rooms again.

I am staying under my limit which is only 6 mature plants or 12 immature
I'm going to veg them for maybe a month and a half to get them huge... Cause I now have a 4'x8' shed instead of my 39"x39" tent
I'm also going to set up a little 3x3 ft hydro tray since hydro really intrigues me maybe have 1 plant in that...
I will start up a new thread with some new pics since my outdoor ladys are doing quite well and look amazing... I actually just dampened off my new clones of the purps... I am quite upset about that but it opens up my options and the strain that I am goin with is blue mystic since I know I can grow her in my climate

look for a new thread this weekend containing pictures of my new setup as well as my outdoor mommas and my fresh cuttings in a propogator
I got a work program instead of straight jail time so I've been quite busy but I will set up my new grow thread
