insect problem

so i recently started some seedlings and and using some organtic dirt. the problem is that this dirt has some kinds of small insects in it. is there anything i can use to get rid of these insects and not hurt my babies?

im no expert but personally i would
A. cook that shit to an internal temp of dead insect
B. buy some FF ocean forest blend, its the shit!

If the seedlings aren't too rooted, you can definitely wash the soil off the roots and put them in new dirt. If they're too rooted and may cause too much trouble, you may have find some organic insecticide. Neem oil works. Unfortunately, that's where I stop. I haven't had any pest/disease problems yet (knock on wood).

Some pictures may help as well to ID the bugs.

You could cook the soil if you planned on using it again.

to cook the dirt... just put it in a pan on the stove?

LOL. Not on top the stove but in the oven. Basically, you want to kill any life that is in your soil by baking it. Or, the microwave can do the job. But microwaves always leave cold spots. That pizza I had earlier is proof lol.
