canna nutes in soil?

I grew in coco a couple of times and I'm going back to a soil mix. I have a bunch of canna nutes left over and was wondering if anyone has used them in soil and with what results.

I used some Canna veg nutes (terra vega) when I couldn't get the organic nutes I usually use, they were fine although the smell is a bit scary when you're used to organics.

seems like it would work.. might run just a little high in the N so watch for black/blue leaves during veg for signs that you should dial things back during bloom.

if it does turn out to be the case, you'd also want to supplement mamas with P/K and/or dial back N levels before taking cuts to get the rooting hormones in order.

care to share why you decided to go back?

I grew better pot in soil. I supply myself so I only allow for so much experimentation. I did 2 grows with coco and failed, for whatever reason, to grasp the intracacies of growing in a soiless medium. I had problems during flowering (terrible yellowing of the fan leaves) although the pot was still much better than the commercial garbage that floats around my town.
