First time grower

Ok, I gotta few questions:
1. What are a few easy strains to grow? (Looking for a mix of sativa/indica high)
2.What is a good website to order from? (Canadian site would be prefered)
3.What are the best lights to use?
4.Whats a good fertilizer to use?
Thanks for your help guys, and this is an indoor grow op.

As for fertilizers, just get any decent 3 part set.

Strains are strains really, not a huge difference, just grow what you think sounds good to you. It's really impossible to judge a strain by it's name/reputation because everyone grows differently.

I've grown and smoked bud from two different growers with the same genetics and they both smoked pretty much totally different with some similar characteristics.

Hell some times just bag seed can surprise you..

IMO just go with a digital ballast HID light and you can have both, MH and HPS with the same fixture. There's nothing wrong with veging with fluorescents and flowering with an HPS, I just think the initial cost for the lights would be more expensive. From HTG supply you can get a good HID that will do MH or HPS for just like $50 more than a plain HPS. Then again I hear a lot of people are very successful with veging with just HPS.. I think 420smokeman vegs with his HPS.

HID is definitely the way to go though.

I'm assuming you just want to grow for personal use? Depending on how much you smoke a 400w is perfect.

Yes, its for personal use (between 3-4 people), and wouldnt that support that all strains are different

2:No idea
3:Gotta agree with PG, flouros for veg and sodium for flower
4:Organics are more forgiving and tend to give better tasting bud IMO

The only problems I have had with all organic is using bat guano will mess with some soil pH's. I think what I did was giving nutes after new soil, I hear that's not good.

Once you get that down it's ezpzlemonsqueezy.

Yeah organic stuff will ferment given the opportunity .

To put it another way, organics chelate well giving you more room for manoeuvre with TDS levels .
