droopy leaves?

the biggest 2 leaves on my plant are drooping.. at first i was thinking it needed more water so i gave it a drank and it still hasn't recovered. could it be a case of over watering? i'v been giving in small pours of water from a cup when u notice the soil is dry on top. The leaves appear to be yellowing a bit. any advice? thanks in advance

dont worry mang, it looks great. you will always lose those two leaves, they aren't permanent on ANY cannabis plant. as you get better and better they will last longer, but they will never stay.

i can tell your plant needs a TINY bit of nutes. soil looks good, do you have good drainage for the bucket it's in?

is it from clone or seed? that stem looks thick for its age!

Could be a soil pH issue, I don't think it is over watered.

You can get a cheap pH test kit from garden, hydro or aquarium stores.

What water are you using? What soil? What lighting?

The pot is massive for the size of the plant now, better to start with smaller pots and pot up as the plant grows.
Problem with small plant in a big pot is the roots don't fill the pot so water can stagnate in the soil, retarding healthy root development.

the bucket it's in has no drain holes in the bottom if thats what you mean. and it is from seed

i will look into the ph tester. I am using tap water that i let dit out for at least 24 hours before i use. the soil is just some shitty organic mercial grow from walmart. seeing as how it's winter time i coudlnt find any other soil. i need to make a trip and pick up some fox farms! the light is a homemade 200w cfl. i'll get some pics of it soon. as for the size of the pot i used it because it's all i had because once again none of the stores in my po dunk town have pots in the winter. i had it in a clear solo cup and i could see the roots wrapping around the cup and i went ahead and transplanted because it has some funky white mold on the top of the soil.

I'd drill plenty of holes in the bottom, apart from letting water out they let air in.

Here's something for you to think about. I just did this tonight, I've been wanting to try it for awhile.

Take a small aquarium air pump and cut a slit in a decent sized sponge that fits at least half of the bottom of the growing container. Put a small 1 or 2" air stone in the sponge, then just have the air tube run through one of the holes in the bottom and fill it up with soil.

Apparently it supposed to grow nearly(not quite) as fast as hydro cause the roots get constant oxygen flow. I can't wait to try it out. I just got the soil and pump set up but I don't know if my hawaiian clone is going to make it. lol Might have to get a manatuska thunderfuck clone.

what about the humidity??? i had similar looking babies and instead of running my exhaust fan only with my light, i changed and ran the fans all the time, keeps my humidity low and my plant isnt drooping anymore. another idea............. good luck, what strain is that again?

well i dont know about the humidity, i was just given this plant and not quite set up for it. i'm in the process of building a completly set up grow room in my garage but it's too cold right now to use it. this is in my closet and i cant really have an exhaust and fresh air intake. i'm hoping to move it to the grow room when it gets warm in a couple months. it is maui. i'v helped grow it outdoors before and it was a very hardy strain.
