New to growing, need help.!!!!

ok i just got a plant from my buddy, im not sure how old it is, but it looks like it's about 10-12 inch high. Im using a plant light bulb with 60w and a regular household bulb that i think is another 60w and having it like about 4-5 inch ontop of the tip of the plant, and right now the temp is around 70-74ish degree around the middle to the roots of the plant and feels a little warmer on top closer to the light bulbs... if theres advice on how to reorganize my growing staition please advice me...
ok now i want to know what kind of nutrients or liquid/fertilizer to use on my plant for it to grow lots of nice bud and have a nice strong smell and be healthy.
do i need to have a fan?
how many watts should it be to grow the plant safely?
how many time a day do i need to water it ?

please help me!! i will try to get pictures of the plant. thanks

regular light bulbs don't work, only CFL's and HID's.

You'll need ventilation. You can use the 250 from start to finish.

If you wanna go hid best to get a remote ballast otherwise the heat from the ballast is right in your growspace.

If you want an all in one bulb better to get a big cfl imo.

Do you and your neighbors a favor and keep doing some research about these lights and ventilation before you buy one. They can be very hazardous if they are used improperly. You have to make sure the lights are secure at all times and there's enough air being exchanged in the room for not just the plants but for heat.

HID lights put out a lot of heat and you MUST have a way to exhaust the heat from the light and the room/cabinet. The smaller the space you're growing in the more ventilation you need.

and you can't have too much circulation, because that doesn't help you reach your goal(which is all in all extracting the heat).

So theoretically if you have a sealed cabinet and as little circulation as possible it would be more efficient to suck the hot air from the very top and insert cool air from the bottom. However, it's NEVER that easy. It's just one of my theories I like to work off of.
