Stinky grow water

So I decided to mix up a 30 gallon batch of nutrients which is way easier than doing my 5 gal every couple days... Anyways I'm starting to notice that the water stinks... Pretty badly but I'm not sure if it's so bad because my plants look really healthy and happy... Could this be some sort of bacteria or something? And is it ok to use this water still? It's not gonna harm my babies in any way?
I use general hydro nutes for vegging the three part system... I put some sensi zyme and b12 in as well and a bit of superthrive which is awesome and I recomend to everyone

If there are any carbs in the nutes (which there almost definitely will be) then they will ferment. This probably isn't a problem but keep an eye on the pH as it may go down. If the plants are loving it then there is no problem.
