Hey guys, just got some seeds today care of hempdepot.ca (wrote a review on them in the seedbank reviews if anyone is interested).
I will be growing 2 strains. Joey Weed's Apollo 11 and Sugarblossom. The apollo 11 is a C99 hybrid and flowers in about 7 weeks supposedly. The sugarblossom is a white widow hybrid and flowers in 8-9 weeks. Both are said to grow short and bushy and are easy to work with. I have a 600w hps right now that i've used in the past but was thinking of using flouros for veg now. I've seen a lot of success with it on yahooka. Any thoughts? my grow area is about 46 inches square so I can't fit 48 inch flouros.. What sizes are people using? Pictures will follow! does everybody use a proxy service for pictures? I live in the states but do have a care growers liscense.. tig

Haha yes i do FG, that would be the welder in me.
so far I love them both, quick growers. the a-11 is especially hardy, it doesn't seem to care about much. the sugarblossom doesn't like to get too dry and didn't like my well water too well. luckily they opened up the irrigation ditch so now they all get adjusted river water and they love it. again the the a-11 didn't really care about the well water. tough buggers. tig ...wait

They look very nice and green, with a good sprout ratio too. Unless I missed it, what is your soil mix?
tx ps: I have a plant as well, if interested, feel free to stop on by... http://www.yahooka.com/forum/hidden-...s-my-turn.html yyM |

they are in about a 60% Nulife organic potting mix. I like it because it has mychorrizae in it. 30% is sunshine germ mix, its mostly peat with some vermiculite and a little lime for ph. 10% perlite for aeration and drainage.

I would have waited a little longer so when I first tied her off the main cola was no lower than the top of the container and yet was lower than the next set of leaves. Your limited to how far you can pull her down if you have to pull the main cola inside the container while your tying her off to the rim. She will outgrow that situation in no time though.

a 600w is about all that space can handle heat wise bubbler.
stoneric that did occur to me but I figured I would get it pointed in the right direction before the stem at the base got thicker and less flexible. of course if my dumb ass had just put more soil in to begin with, I'd be set. |
