Any good led lights in Europe??

Hi and i am sorry if the question is asked again and again but today i received my UFO 90w grow light and i am not sure if its going to work

(does anyone know?). I germinated two weeks ago under fluos 12 little plants and today i put them under the ufo. In a forum (420) i read about the haight solid state ppf-400 & 800 they look very good but i want to buy them from a European country for customs reasons does anyone know any e-shop for that?? Or is there any other similar good product?

What is a 90W LED equivalant to in HID lighting? I didn't think you needed near as much wattage. Of course I still haven't seen any grow logs showing LED lites work.
