health problem for my girl

hi guys

I have a problem with a my plant's leafs.
I don't know why this plant grew with leafs like those. I posted a picture of it and as you can see the leafs grow like a burned paper...I really don't know eather how I can explain what they look like.

The only difference between that plant and the others is that I put it on the soil before to see the roots coming out from the rockwool. For the rest it is the same strange, taken from the same mothers than the others.

I grew them since the beginning under a 400HPS lamp, and I know it hasn't been properly the best at that stage.

If somebody of you could tell me wich is the problem and how can I try to help my plant it will be great
