Does anyone have a better method for the very hard to clone varieties. Used Gel. used dipngro. still have some problems with certain types any help will help.

Under a dome, on heat pad, insmall cup with soil,perlite(Fox Farm). Ihave two varieties that do well for three days then wilt stem rot, only misting when watering any help is appreciated strong strains would like to be able to clone
