400w closet grow

ey guys it's been a loooonnnnnng time, but I used to lurk here all the time. I'm a medical patient in Colorado and have my first grow going. I've done a lot of research and have a trusty book for reference, but there's just something I can't get right... I know I need to get a ppm meter, and a res thermometer, and that will help stabilize....

man... everyone whos had a successful grow gets my props. im having a hard time stabilizing my closet. temps go from 85 to 100° humidity is struggling to stay around 40%. I have moved my fans around in almost every possible arrangement and cant get temps to drop below 85°. i have both windows in the room open, the damn doors are off the closet, i have a 50cfm fan hangin right to the left of my hood with 3 inch ducting running about 5 ft out of the closet, as close to a window as i can get it. I dont have much for intake. but i have a box fan tilted up at my light which I was hoping would blow hot air away from the plants and bulb. then i have a 8 in. oscilating fan kinda close to a window blowing towards the closet

HYDRO
Strain - 3 "sadhu" Indica dominant /1 "blue moonshine" Indica dominant BAGSEED*
# of Plants - 4
Grow Type - Hydro
Grow Stage - Veg
Setup - Bubbles
Light - 400W MH
Nutrients - General Hydronponics Floragrow, Florabloom *I still need to buy Micro*
Medium - Rockwool, placed in hydroton
PPM - unknown
PH - 6
RH - 20% during day 35% at night
Room Temperature -81* night 85* during day
Solution Temperature -Unknown, need to get a suction cup, thermo for my tote
Room Square Footage - closet, 2 ft deep 7ft wide 5ft tall ish
Pests - None Known

Problem: I have a pretty high temp, and pretty low RH readings, considering I have a humidifier, 50 CFM exhaust fan placed directly left of my hood, a box fan blowing at my light, and an 8 inch oscilating fan in the middle of the room, just moving air, albeit not much. I have 4 styrofoam cups on my tote's lid, and I've been misting the plants every day. I can't seem to get the humidity much above 35% which is much lower than I'd like.. Ideally I'd like to be able to close the door to the room the closet is in, right now I have to leave it open as much as possible because otherwise it just gets super hot and dry, which clearly means I'm not moving enough air. I would rather not cut intake and exhaust holes in my closet doors to move the air if I could avoid it. Maybe I could look into a portable ac unit for the room itself? Any thoughts on that?
