I just read an article in a leading newspaper that said that one of the tactics that law enforcement uses to catch marijuana growers is to station an undercover narcotics agent outside hydroponic gardening and supply stores to record the license plate numbers of the cars that pull up. Subsequent checks of these numbers has lead to houses where marijuana was being grown. Be careful!

Taking down the license plate numbers of people who go to grow shops is a tactic that is well over 20 years old. I was hearing about that when I was 15.

They also use cameras in the shop, trace credit card orders and so forth and so on.

That's why you don't take your car, or even go yourself and with online orders, there isn't any reason to even go to a shop these days.

employees that can be trusted/med patients

couple of huge dudes for security

a place

the okay of your neighbors, and a local official(cop)

business license

clients....

pretty easy if you ask me....

but the more states that adopt mmj, the better.

if all 48 contiguous states were to pass legislation, i wonder how the fed would react?

Scope the parking lot, look for ambient vehicles possibly turned the other way(they like too look at you from their rear-views).

Pay in cash, go in alone.

Use someone who has a clean house's & records car(have them in it so if you do get pulled over your not driving someone elses car raising suspicions)

Divert your driving, make random turns, pull into neighborhoods/caldesacs see who follows you. Usually it's two cars back in the other lane. Whatever you do, don't head straight back to your spot. Leave the stuff at your clean friends house for a few days, move it again using your car in the night back to the spot.
