Definitely. I had problems germinating my first batch (Which was largely due to my inexperience in all likelihood, I believe I was using too high temps and too damp rockwool) and they chalked it up to mishandling in customs and reshipped (which so far have germed beautifully). I had another order lost and they immediately sent a new one. In all cases my order arrived in about a week to the East Coast of the US.

Shipping is very discrete and the prices are incredibly good, I saw some banks charging 2-3x for the same strains. And their customer service cannot be beat.
