I deleted your other thread as it asks the same question as this one.

Yes do remove withered leaves.

Sounds like they are getting dried out, keep the soil moist, they don't need to be in strong light until they have got their roots going a bit.

Pics?

Yes do cut off close to the stem as long as the whole leaf has withered. If not just cut off the withered bit.

Keep the rockwool moist. In fact it's difficult to overwater with rockwool.

As long as the rockwool doesn't dry out you can open the vents a bit (if your dome has them).

They like a nice constant temp around 28 Celsius.

Should get results in about a week.

It's easiest to buy a decent branded soil from a hydro shop.
Any decent potting soil should do at a pinch, make sure it's light enough, you can thin it with perlite, vermiculite and/or coco coir to improve drainage.
Try to avoid anything with moisture retention crystals or any such bullshit. Try to avoid miracl grow.
Compost, composted manure, kelp, bone meal etc there are many good sources of nutrients that can go in the mix but you could grow plants using just bottled nutrients.
Dolomitic lime is a pH stabilizer, it also contains magnesium which is a very important micro nutrient.

I'm not the best person to ask for a recipe tbh, I don't mix my own.
