buds with no hairs?

so i was watering my multi-harvester and i noticed that one of the side lower buds has 0 hairs on the top. the colas are huge and hairy but this one bud isnt. i can get pics but im in night cycle now, i did see a black beetle in the room right after i said i cant be bugs,

cuz the room is fixed from my last bugs(gnat type) so with this little info, whats the deal? is it because she a multi harvester, i forgot to "turn" my pots when i watered for about a week so maybe those buds were completely hidden from light? i dunno, its a 1000w so maybe not............ ohhh well thanks

ok heres the pics, obviously one is the top cola, and the other is the side bud..... major difference. even the bud next to the hairless is hairy....

Looks like that part might have been scorched a bit by the light or something. I think the beetle is probably innocent.

Keep an eye to make sure there is no herming but apart from that I wouldn't worry about it.

ok so the heat thing, no go..... the top cola is about 10 inches from the light, the pic is of a side nug about 2 feet away from the light. i checked the room today for light but its still tight,

so i guess i wont worry unless the bud starts falling off, ha........ what else can cause hermie?

Any plant that exhibits unusual growth is worth keeping an eye on.

It'll probably be fine but the unusual growth could be the result of some stress or could itself cause stress.

You said you're multi- harvesting- could you elaborate a bit?

I havn't grown Flo myself but I've heard people speak well of it.

I think the multi harvest thing could be more evident outdoors but I don't know for sure.

if you touch the buds the hairs will sometimes die.

Hmmm... i cant tell for sure, but from that top pic it looks fertilized... look for the male flowers, you might have a herm. It can happen through any kind of stress, not just light

I have noticed though that the smaller catapillers love to eat my hairs before the leaves

Anyway, nice lookin tops you got there

the growth looks kinda irregular on that top, maybe the apical meristem got damaged or something??
