help with my bio bizz

hi i am just wondering if anyone can find that feed chart that old timer did on bio bizz i cant seem to find the one i had and i need to print a new one as i ave just got the grow and bloom nutrients from bio bizz but i remember seeing his chart on here and it was a good one got good yields from it but cant find it now can someone help please
