Question 2nd attempt grow... need help plz

how you doing guys i've been lurking for a quite a while now taking notes and reading on all diff. strategies and ideas...

My first time grow was straight up half assed just normal water no ph balancing and it was a straight up failure from the get go. also i used normal soil...

This will be my 2nd attempt this time this time i am equipped with a number of seeds and Fox far Ocean Forest soil..
for feeding i have Tiger bloom Fertilizer...
anyone willing to give a fellow lover of the good herb some starting tips... all help will be much appreciated even constructive criticism..
I will be attempting to grow maybe 3 plants at a time... Indoor i'd say the space is a 3'X4' i have plenty of room up

Thank you in advance all...

I will be posting pics as soon as i have something to take a pic of.
thx- J

What's your germination technique? Straight into soil for me.

What seeds are you germing?

Anything specific info you need right now? Always pleased to help a fellow Honda lover.
Do have a peek at the FAQs (there's a rebuild in progress at the top of this forum) and the cannabis bible is always worth a look.

Ocean Forrest is nutrient rich so you don't have to feed that often, especially during Veg. You might want to pick up a Veg fert (Fox Farm Grow Big is good) although I only feed once during Veg because I repot into more Ocean Forrest. I use the Tiger Bloom fert for Flowering and like it plenty.

whats your lighting like? Can you plz put up pics of the grow space? Do u have temp control, humidity monitored, ventilation, etc? I would like a more complete picture, but u have a good start with the soil and recognizing the pH issue.

Edit: Also what strain? You may think you have enough vertical space but a true sativa can get in excess of 7 ft easily. Ive seen outdoor grows where the plant was getting as tall as the house!
If its an indica dominant, u should have no problems RE height.

Good sized space with a reasonable plant count, looks like you are already starting right.
Can't wait to see the babies

Dude, put the plants in the soil as SOON as you see root formation. If you wait to see leaves, you waited too long. At the vegetative stage you're at now, those plants want to take off like a rocket but they need a good amount of nitrogen to do so. Water has no nutrients, so thats why you see yellow. Nitrogen deficiency.

Yes, put them in the soil as soon as they open.
