better butane, coffee filters > door screen+duct tape, and that AVC or whatever instead of pvc..

Ok so I went out to berkely the other day and haggled with the guy and got three cans of his best butane and did a run through with just trainwreck and wow you really can tell there's a difference... Not much... The more refined butane has a much better smell with the final product though
He wanted 10 bucks a can and I walked out with 4 cans for 19.88 I love berkely
But yea I think I'm going to try to upgrade from the PVC only because it leaks the tiniest little bit of gas from the lid I nig rigged it and think it'll be good for one more run through

Actually with the screen I have a little bit of plant matter does fall through but IMO I'd rather have a little too much drop out than hold any back with a coffee filter
Plus i think the leaf matter might add a little flavor

Use the coffee filters, we used one (just one) and scraped some neat residue off both sides of the filter when we were done.

I've heard you can smoke a well used coffee filter in thin times, I dunno...

i used to make honey-oil at home with p-much this same process back in high-school on the regular. always used coffee filters. gives you a better, cleaner finished product. also worth investing in some pyrex dishes specifically for making oil.

also, i'm p sure you contacted me a while back and got how i do it, but do you use the double boiler ness? speeds the process up a ton..

I use an old Pyrex baking dish I stole from our kitchen... And vie been using a plastic business card like a credit card to scrape it into my little jars
I actually just made another batch today because I am low from my last batch... But wow this really worked
I actually just went to the club today and got 4 grams of their cheap hash... 2 were 10$ a gram and 2 were 15$... Uh sour diesel hash was the ten and Hindu kush bubble was 15 the sd was 38% thc and the h.k was 42% thc and I put a little bit of my oil on top and it's amazing
My oil... Or waxy substance just melts to straight liquid... And kind of fuse into the more kiefy hashes and together it tastes fantastic
I just made about 3 grams of oil in today batch with about an oz of buds ground up... I used mostly trainwreck and threw a bit of casey jones and some afghani kush in there to
Smells great
I went and splurged on an expensive can of butane again and so much better than the first gas I used
It seems like every time I try it it turns out a little bit better
The butane cost 5$ the weed cost about 150 an oz to grow and it would cost 50+ dollars a gram for something this quality at the club

Can you buy bags of shake at your dispensary?

Buddy of mine can get oz bags of shake for $15, that and a couple cans of gas and you're good to go, bud is nice but it can get expensive however if you do the budder shit right you'll get good end product from what otherwise would be chucked.

I actually just asked two of my buddies that have large scale grows for their timings so hopefully I can use that soon for free
The clubs charge a lot even for shake
I lived in az wish I knew about it back then
