Can't see very well in that picture.
If you have seeds and all your plants are female then presumably one or more of the plants has hermaphrodised (assuming you haven't brought in pollen from somewhere else somehow). This means the plant is showing characteristics of both sexes. So male flowers can grow and spread pollen. Look out for small banana like growths. If you find any remove them with tweezers asap. If a plant is growing too many for you to get them all then you will have to think about culling it before it pollinates the other plants. Because the goal of a female cannabis plant is to make seeds to reproduce, if the plant is not pollinated by another plant it can pass on it's genes by hermaphrodising and self pollinating. Modern cannabis hybrids are bred with the purpose of making sensi (seedless) bud so a good strain should not show hermaphrodism. However it is not unusual nor a disaster to find the odd seed on your plants. Unfortunately it is not that unusual for some strains to hermaphrodise badly- breeders take short cuts in the pursuit of potency and yields. Don't worry about the seeds so much as bananas! Hermaphrodism can be brought on by any kind of stress but light leaks during lights off are a common cause.

Nope, those are stipules, you must have seen them before.
More like this- they're easy to see as they're yellow.
