What is the pH at?
I've had a similar looking problem with a certain strain, especially during flower, although not anywhere near as bad as that. But when I adjusted the pH lower to around 5.8, they seemed to respond well. And what kind of lights are you using?

The outer tips of those leaves look like they may have a calcium deficiency as well. Also looks like phosphorus on some of the leaves. What is the NPK ratio in what you're feeding them?
Btw, those buds look very early. I think I seen someone here say that they are a week away from finishing, but they actually look like they are in their first or second week. You have many weeks to go. So definitely don't chop them.
