Red face dual freq bulbs

hello been a while since my last post-im on the verge of a new grow and was wondering whether a dual freq 600w hps would be a better buy than a regular 1?
im leaning towards a 600w sylvania grolux

Lol- the extra frequency bit never lights up for me.
I have used them anyway- because they work fine otherwise and are cheap.

thanks for the reply i went for the 600 watt grolux my 8 ww x big bud seedlings
seem to like it ill post pics soon as i can get my fotos to upload
