When I was petitioning in Colorado in 1992. People thought it would just "magically happen" that we would get the initiative on the ballot and it would pass. This is why it failed miserably and didn't even make the ballot.

We even had a school principal on taxpayer's salary who sent out propanganda to the parents of the students against the initiative. Unfortunately, he ended up paying for it himself because what he did was illegal. He should have also been criminally charged.

It truly is the people on taxpayer's salary that are working against all of us. The C.I.A., the D.E.A., the I.R.S., and many other evil entities that are keeping drug dealers in business. Thay would rather have murder and mayhem than marijuana. This article fits into that as well.
