And have all of their assets seized. Maybe we should do that on citizen's arrest. The forfeiture law states that proceeds from drug arrests go to the agency responsible for the arrest. Therefore, we could make a killing of stealing from them just as the law enforcement agencies do.

and why tell me what you have seen? why not write a letter to the atlantic magazine instead. I suppose that might harsh your mellow a bit to actually do something to legalize!
