These are some other cops, they show up in places like New Orleans after hurricanes to confiscate guns and fuck with people. When they are in other countries, they get to kill civilians when they are bored.

I remember when those blackwater "emolyees" bodies were dangling from some bridge in Iraq and thinking that it was a good start. Couldn't help it.

I thought the same thing...hanging and burnt to a crisp.
Actually one of those guys was on a reality TV show where assorted tough guys from military and police went thru macho challenges. He was particularly creepy and violent..I'll try googling some shit..his name is on the tip of my tongue.

Scott became the most prominent member of the "Delta Team" on Combat Missions,with R.Lee Ermey, in part because of his bizarre and unpredictable behavior. His most famous quote came in Episode 13, the episode in which his team was eliminated and he threw two tantrums: "I’m psychologically disturbed."
