Olympia snowe, (and possibly susan collins) are oppourtunistic, turncoat biotches!
more "rats from a sinking ship" following the way of spector and trading their principles and dignity for some kind of back room benefits bestowed upon them by We Lost Reid and Class Warfare Pelosi.
seriously mann and they call themselves republicans. ps if someone has no idea wtf im talking about they are the gop senators who are possibly supporting a socialized medicine proposal which , altho watered down, still allows for a public option by degrees over several years- exactly what the liberals wanted all along. i dont know how they could think this is what their constituents want. olympia snowe better switch parties if she really goes thru with this because she is gonna be skewered by her gop supporters if she really allows herself to be the show-pony republican that supports legalizing communism.

They might have supplied her with a fresh batch of young girls to have sex with. No one really knows what goes on inside any of these monster's heads. We only hear about their life thru mainstream news. The child-like supporters project their lives thru politicians and give them life. They, the supporters.think the politicians have the same morals and sense of right and wrong as they do. Most politicians think their supporters are "the little people"; rubes, hicks and losers that crank out children while eating Big Macs.

the fact that you say this without a hint of irony is breathtakingly hilarious
why do you come post this shit. . . no one gives a fuck that some people are going against their failing party and no one gave a fuck when arlen spector pulled his shit. you talk of support from the gop; the gop has no support itself. sarah palin's facebook politics are about all they've got going for them. seriously you have no reason to come post about this there's no audience for your ridiculous rants. you STILL calling this socialist medicine indicates the severe level of illusion from which your scant brain cells clumsily fumble words together into semi-coherent babble

One, I cant talk politics or take someone seriously that cant take the time to use spell check (dammit man it's built in to most browsers these days!)
Two, you call is socialism but you do realize that right now, the way this country is ran, with the lobbyist (ie Big Business) calling the shots, and running this country, that's fascism my friend, not democracy, not socialism. Thank's for playing however. Three, Universal Healthcare or or a form of works for just about every country that is ahead of us when it comes to health care, the Republicans want this country to be number one but in reality the only two thing's we do better then the rest of the world is kill people, and jail people, that's it. Our education system is a joke, our health care is a joke, our economy (wall street) is a joke. And to be honest, until we re-establish FDR's regulations that the GOP did away with in the 60's we are going to continue to be fucked. Educate your self before speaking, and please, evolve.

The real culprits may be the democrats.
The bill would have passed even if she voted 'No'. Michelle Malkin Will Snowe fall again? Updated: Yes; 2:54pm Eastern Senate Finance Cmte vote is 14-9 ![]() Sen. Olympia Snowe was one of the three members of the Senate GOP Turncoat Caucus who voted for the trillion-dollar Generational Theft Act. This morning, the Senate Finance Committee votes on the tax-and-spend government health care takeover and “all eyes are on Snowe.” The Dems have a 13-10 majority, so passage is a fait accompli. The Beltway Obamacare-pushers are just waiting to find out if they can claim “bipartisanship .” What's going on there? Will she be for it, before she's against it, by Chirstmas?

AIG Faces Hearing on Denial of Medical Claims by Contractors Injured in Iraq and Afghanistan Under a federal law known as the Defense Base Act, contractor companies are required to purchase workers’ compensation insurance for employees deployed to a war zone. AIG dominates the market for such insurance, handling nearly 90 percent of all claims in Iraq. Government audits and inquiries have questioned whether AIG and other carriers charged "excessive" premiums for the insurance. Taxpayers ultimately pay for such insurance as part of the contract price. Kucinich Asks AIG Why It’s Denying Claims From Injured Contractors in Iraq AIG Faces Hearing on Denial of Medical Claims by Contractors Injured in Iraq and Afghanistan June 8, 2009 AIG Retreat After Bailout: Are you outraged? After the big Bailout that occurred to save financial institutions like AIG, certain companies just named decided to celebrate. AIG sent their staff on an executive retreat, totaling in costs over $443,000. So after Congress passed the bill to spend $700 billion on the economic crisis, AIG went ahead and spent more money, that the tax payers (like you and me) will now have to pay for. $85 billion of the bailout's $700 billion, went to rescuing AIG alone! On the AIG executive retreat, they spent $200,000 on hotel rooms, $150,000 on catered banquets, $23,000 on the hotel spa, and another $1,400 at the salon! Of course, that's not counting the left over $10,000 AIG spent of other leisure activities. Makes you wonder why AIG went bankrupt in the first place...
