Why does Nancy Pelosi piss me off so much?

I literally viscerally hate this woman.

now i think i pretty much know why, but i guess what i dont understand is why she thinks its in her interest to keep acting in a way that many people find highly repugnant.

If you support a position that is controversial- and that not everyone agrees with, like a public option- and your the speaker of the house -presumably one of the highest ranking people in washington-

WHY DO U ACT LIKE YOUR A PARTISAN HACK DAY IN AND DAY OUT!?!?!?!

cant she act like she understands the controversy and she understands the fear and reservation about socialized medicine in amerca?

Instead it seems to me that she fans the flames of hate aginst her- maybe she relishes the hate.

but as a major american figure it would seem that her job is to act ABOVE her own constituents and ABOVE the fray and try to bring people together.

yet everyday u see her making these sound bite talking points about how we gotta kick insurance companies in the teeth and how she is absolutely POSITIVE that a public option will pass....

WTF WTF WTFWTF WTFWTFW!!?!?!?

it was her "guarentee" that socialized medicine would pass in august before the recess that got so many people pissed off in the first place. Everytime i see a picture of her and hear the ridiculous bulshit she spewed that day I just cant help but wondering what her goal is-

if it is to divide our country along ideological lines shes doing a fine job.

if its to force obamas center-left coalition to fight iteself and leave itself in tatters shes doing a fine job.

but i think on sober thought she would realize she doesnt want to do EITHER OF THOSE THINGs. so WTF?

cant she stop being so goddam annoying and start acting like a statesman who appreciates the fact that many many americans even many who voted for Obama dont agree with this plan, dont think it will work, and have great fear about it, so for her to champion it like a triumph is only sticking it in the eye of all those people.

She has dilusions of grandure. She wrote a book, I think it was an autobiography, and it was a horrible flop. Nobody is interested in what the speaker of the house has to say but she just doesn't get that. She thinks she's a real politician.

^ i remember when she was elected as speaker how nice Bush was he was smiling and welcomming and called her Madame speaker really diplomatically etc...

i wish she understood what it meant to have class or style.

doesnt she realize she isnt only governing for the 20 people in san francisco she represents, but the entire country.

If pelosi weren't a partisan hack then other liberals would be bitching about her the way you were bitching about olympia snow NOT being a partisan hack. So pelosi is being how you wanted snow to be.
