that doenst exactly sound like a smart idea.

one thing i know about american law is that rich people who can hire good lawyers can get away with murder.

so as much as id love to see our wonderful justice system convict these bastards and watch them hang,

i tend to believe that they will get off on some technicallity that intelligent and well paid defense lawyers spend their careers exploiting for their clients.

so , i guess all i can say is i hope obamski made the right call , but this could potentialy be a disaster for him.

He's probably talking about KSM, the supposed mastermind of 9/11. The technicalities he speaks of are the 183 times KSM was waterboarded. But, not to worry j-wonder, the doj had made torture legal.
